Processing Times
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. In this case, we will notify you by email once your order is on the way.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping Fee
Enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $90 or more within the United States and Europe.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping 🌍
Customs rules and import taxes vary by country.
- United States: no customs duties or import taxes apply.
- Other countries: if your country may require customs fees or import taxes upon delivery, we will inform you by email after receiving your order.
If you are unsure whether taxes or duties may apply in your country, feel free to contact us before or after placing your order — we’ll be happy to guide you.
Please note that any customs fees or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email or text (depending on your checkout selection).
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via the same method.
I entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong item
Please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for losses, additional shipping costs, or refunds due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.
Order Packaging Video Product is non-refundable. This is because such services may have already been completed prior to shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
My order is being returned to sender — what happens now?
This usually happens due to:
- an insufficient or incorrect shipping address
- failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period
If the package is returned to us:
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
- a new shipping label must be purchased to resend the order
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
