Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We carefully prepare every Minicat order before it leaves our studio.

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • USA & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local carriers.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing your order.

Customs & Taxes

  • Customs policies differ from country to country. Any customs fees, taxes, or delays are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs processes once the package leaves us.
  • If there is a possibility that import taxes or duties may apply to your order, we will notify you by email shortly after your order is placed.
  • USA orders do not require any taxes or duties to be paid upon delivery.

Has my order been shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way — don’t forget to check your Spam/Junk folder, just in case.

Tracking information may take 2–4 days to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 10 days of delivery at minicat97.shop@gmail.com with:

  • clear photos
  • a short video showing the issue

We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement if needed.

Please note that we are not responsible for cosmetic damage to outer packaging caused during transit.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at minicat97.shop@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email

Sometimes emails may land in your Spam/Junk folder.

If you still can’t find it, please contact us at minicat97.shop@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.


I haven’t received my order yet

If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days from the dispatch date, please contact us at minicat97.shop@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at minicat97.shop@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
